Observing wild birds at a feeder can provide hours of entertainment and an opportunity to do some Citizen Science. The videos of birds feeding at a feeder were taken using Riverwood's feeder locations. You can augment these videos by having your students view the live Birdcams at several locations. Use the search word "Birdcam".

One of the best sites is The Cornell Lab's site which features Birdcams from Ontario and other locations.

Also check out Bird Studies Canada Project Feeder Watch for more ideas.
