Of Wolves
Monday May 24, 2021 1pm
The Riverwood Conservancy
"I was surrounded once by a pack of wolves. It was 1965. Algonquin Park. I could hear the scratching of their claws on the highway as they circled me." And so began my life long interest with this iconic predator. It would grow to include all predators but the wolf is the crown jewel. Black bears are relatively easy to see, grizzlies require more work but to see a wolf in the wild? Why that is pure gold!
